Ozempic and Wegovy (both semaglutide) and Mounjaro (tirzepatide) are GLP-1 medications that can help people lose weight quickly. • Sofwave: An ultrasound device that heats the skin at a set depth to support collagen. It is used on the face and also on the body. In the US, it is FDA-cleared for some body uses, such as loose skin on the upper arms.

• Body ONDA: Uses microwave energy to heat the layer under the skin. It works on loose skin as well as fat.

• Sculptra: An injectable that helps your skin build its own collagen over time. Changes appear gradually over several weeks.
